Due to the sensitive, intimate nature of our Fresh Flush product, we cannot accept and return or exchange request on if the packaging has been opened or products that have been used at any time. Any item that may have been damaged in shipping or is in any way defective will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
As mentioned, with your form requesting a return or exchange, please include:
- Order ID #
- Reason for your return or exchange request
- When your approved, returned item has been received, Fresh Flush Co. will ship you a replacement via USPS Domestic Ground.
- All approved returns and exchanges must be in new, unused and must be returned with original packaging.
- Shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer.
